Founder

TrackDemocracy was founded by Devesh Kumar Singh, a former Superintendent of Customs, Government of India.

During his years in public service, he worked closely with administrative systems, regulatory frameworks, and public data. This experience strengthened his belief in the importance of transparency, accountability, and informed citizen participation.

In 2020, he took voluntary retirement from government service to work full-time on building TrackDemocracy as an independent civic initiative.

The platform is driven by the belief that democracy functions best when citizens have access to accurate information and meaningful ways to engage with public issues.
