Subscription Refund Policy

All premium-use membership subscriptions on https://trackdemocracy.com are charged in advance for the selected subscription period and are non-refundable.
Subscriptions provide immediate access to premium digital features and platform capabilities.
Once a subscription is activated, no refunds, cancellations, or prorated adjustments shall be permitted, except where required by applicable law.

Merchandise Refund Policy

TrackDemocracy also offers limited physical merchandise related to civic awareness, elections, and democratic participation. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Refunds and Replacements (Merchandise)

Refunds or replacements for merchandise will be issued only under the following circumstances:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
A refund or replacement request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags or labels.

Additional Conditions

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs:

Will be borne by TrackDemocracy in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
Will be borne by the buyer in all other cases.

Customized, personalized, or campaign-specific items are not eligible for refund or replacement unless found defective.
Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect after inspection and confirmation.

Important Notes

Digital services, memberships, and subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
